Who We Are
Chicago Dustless is a Georgia based company that specializes in dust-free tile removal. We have been in the flooring industry for many years and are completely dedicated to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with our service. Over the years we have seen countless customers leave their home, hire a cleaning service, wash all their clothes, furniture, walls and have their air ducts cleaned only to still have the dust linger for months after. Not to mention the issue of having our customers as well as my employees breathe all that nasty dust.
As the owner of the company I, as well as many of my customers, suffer from asthma and allergies and some suffer with more saver breathing problems. When we started offering dust-free tile removal I knew right away I wanted to dedicate the rest of my career perfecting this system for my customers. We enjoy removing tile dust-free not only because its 99% cleaner but mainly because it’s healthier.

Our experience w/Chicago Dustless was nothing short of fantastic! Brian answered all of my questions and made scheduling easy. I was estimated for a 3 day job and they finished in just under 2 days. Chicago Dustless exceeded my expectations. They removed 1800sf of mid-90's ceramic tile and demo'd a master bath w/shower in 3 days. No cleanup for me to do afterwards. The tilesetters installing the new floor were pleased with the results also.

Fantastic work removing a large amount of tile from my newly-purchased home. The work is truly clean (no mess) and of the highest quality. Highly recommended - Great service, it really is dustless. The owner and hard working crew showed up on time, explained the process to me and went to work. i had about 375 SF of glued down wood floor to remove. I was expecting them to be there until the end of the day but those guys worked without a break. We had to convince them to sow down and eat the lunch we brought in for them. They cleaned up and were gone by mid afternoon. If you need tile or wood floor removed this is the company!

What a great experience dealing with Chicago dustless. I contacted another company in addition to Chicago dustless to get a quote for tile removal...The other company quoted me a price that was DOUBLE the quote from Chicago Dustless!!!Every call or text was quickly returned, the service was excellent! Even the company that was installing my new floor was impressed by the quality of the job that they did in preparing the concrete for the new flooring, And they were equally surprised by the good price! We would recommend them to anyone!!

I needed the floors removed from the home that we just purchased but was dreading the dust, time it would take to do it and the mess that it would create to get it done so I kept procrastinating. I was lamenting my dilemma to some friends at Church and one of them told me about Chicago Dustless tile removal and I am so glad that I called them.Brian and his team of 5 "Superheroes" got to my home and jumped right into the job at hand and we were on our way chipping and grinding all while catching every bit of dust that came from their process.All of their equipment is attached to an industrial shop vac with layers of filters and screens and it was truly amazing how great it all works and how wonderful the team was.The guys thought that it might take 1 full day and a partial the next day but they were able to get it done in one day and we could not be happier with how everything went. They removed all the the tile, then the mortar (thinset) and finally they ground it all down to the bare floor. They also removed all of the carpet and padding and then vacuumed the entire house and then like most superheroes they were gone 😿.If you need tile removed, general demo or anything else like that I would call Chicago dustless first. Their people are awesome, their work is solid and the cost, while slightly higher than the conventional tile removal companies, it was nominal when you factor in the " NO MESS" aspect of it all.In closing I want to personally thank the team for their beautiful personalities and excellent work ethic, so thank you very, very much Moses, Oscar, Dwann, Joel and Marcos. These young men, while awesome, are tile and dusts worst nightmare lol. Their leader Brian is also great and I would use them again without hesitation. I highly recommend that you consider Chicago Dustless for any of your tile removal or demo needs. Really awesome company and I hope that the guys take me up on my offer to go fishing with them. Wish I had more tile to remove!!!! They were on time, started working as soon as they walked through the door, courteous, smiles, never stopped working, clean, professional, about as dustless as you can get, and the job took almost exactly the amount of time he estimated it would. Brian's crew did an amazing job! We are in the process of renovating the kitchen and both baths of our condo. Not only did Chicago Dustless remove the floor tile from one bathroom - and they had to preserve adjoining tile from hallway--, they removed a jacuzzi bathtub and surrounding tile, bathroom vanity and countertop, plus granite countertops in the kitchen. It was completed within one day and the cleanup was fantastic. Truly dustless! Highly recommend!

AMAZED with this company!! Had I known it would go so smoothly, I wouldnt have put it off for a year and a half! This company came in and removed our tile throughout the house in 2 days. Their dustless removal system is absolutely impressive!!!! You have to see it to believe it! From removing the tile to dropping them in the bins, the dust is sucked up before it hits the air!!! Our home had a bit over 900 sq ft of tile that needed removing. We knew that removing tile was a very dusty job and therefore decided to try Chicago Dustless. Brian and his crew really did an outstanding job, and the process really is as they claim - dustless, or nearly so. We missed taking down a few pictures that were hanging in the main area that had the most tile (and the most dust). There was literally no dust on the frames or glass after Chicago Dustless removed the tile. Brian was completely professional and timely, and the guys in his crew were quite friendly and cleaned up the job site very nicely.

We couldn't remove the thinset ourselves from the floor after we removed the tiles. Home Depot wanted a ridiculous amount of money to do it. I googled and found Chicago Dustless and it was the best thing we ever did. Brian's team came in with their equipment and removed every bit right up to the edges of the moulding. And with no dust! Half the price and no dust. AMAZING!!!

If you need tile removed and do not want to spend the next month cleaning dust out of every nook and cranny, then you need to call Brian at Chicago Dustless. From Brian to the tear out crew, every person is a true professional. They are friendly and courteous and you can tell they enjoy what they do and enjoy working with each other. I had approx 600 feet of tile torn out and they accomplished that, plus prepped all the surfaces (including where i tore up carpet) for installation in approximately 9 hours. They even went around checking all my pictures and wall hangings for dust. When they say they are 99 percent dust free, they are not exaggerating. Even the tile installer was extremely impressed. I have already spread the word and will continue to do so. (Another plus in my book is that they are a local company, not a national chain)
